To understand the relationship between the curative effect of pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) and the changes of microcirculation of nailfolds, 37 cases with moderate and severe preeclampsia were treated before and 24, 48, 72h, 5 and 7 days after treatment and after delivery Three days of nailfold microcirculation for continuous dynamic observation. The results suggest that amniotic fluid contamination and neonatal complications in moderate and severe pregnancy-induced hypertension are significantly associated with the improvement of microcirculation of formazan during the treatment of PIH. No matter what method of treatment, nailfold microcirculation significantly improved amniotic fluid contamination were reduced, the incidence of neonatal complications decreased. So that the improvement of nailfold microcirculation can be used as an important indicator to determine the effect of pregnancy induced hypertension
