运用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)和Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS),对104名一年级的女大学生进行心理问卷调查;随机抽取52名女大学生进行太极拳锻炼,对照组52名女大学生不进行太极拳锻炼及其它项目的运动,两组进行比较分析。结果显示:经过18周锻炼后,与实验前相比太极拳组的女大学生抑郁(38.01±9.68/33.25±6.08,P<0.05)、焦虑水平有所下降(34.21±6.38/31.73±4.53,P<0.05);与对照组相比抑郁(33.25±6.08/37.60±7.01P<0.01)、焦虑水平也有所下降(31.73±4.53/32.69±6.02,P<0.01)。由此说明:太极拳锻炼可以降低女大学生抑郁与焦虑水平,对女大学生心理有一定的调节作用。
Using the Zung Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and the Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), 104 first-grade female undergraduates were investigated by psychological questionnaire. 52 female college students were randomly selected for Taijiquan exercise and 52 female Students do not exercise Tai Chi exercise and other sports, the two groups for comparative analysis. The results showed that after 18 weeks’ training, the anxiety level of female college students in Taijiquan group was decreased (38.01 ± 9.68 / 33.25 ± 6.08, P <0.05) compared with that before the experiment (34.21 ± 6.38 / 31.73 ± 4.53, P <0.05). Compared with the control group, depression (33.25 ± 6.08 / 37.60 ± 7.01 P <0.01) and anxiety level also decreased (31.73 ± 4.53 / 32.69 ± 6.02, P <0.01). This shows that: Taijiquan exercise can reduce the level of depression and anxiety of female students, female students have a certain psychological adjustment.
