通过β—(甲氧羧基)—丙基甲基二氯硅烷(A)[MeSiCH_2CHMeCOOMeCl_2)和β—(乙酰氧基)—乙基甲基二氯硅烷(B)[MeSiCH_2CH_2O_2MeCl_2]的共水解,得到含酯基的聚硅氧烷(C);将(C)经酯基皂化后,在酸或碱的催化下,使(B)链节发生β—消除和交联反应,首先得到多孔性的含羧基的聚硅氧烷树脂。实验结果表明,这类树脂对热以及酸和有机溶剂是稳定的。已测定它们对Ca~(2+)、Cu~(2+)、Fe~(3+)、Hg~(2+)等离子的吸附能力,一般其吸附容量随树脂中羧基含量的增加而增加。
By co-hydrolysis of β- (methoxycarbonyl) -propylmethyldichlorosilane (A) [MeSiCH 2 CHMeCOOMeCl 2] and β- (acetoxy) -ethylmethyldichlorosilane (B) [MeSiCH 2 CH 2 O 2 MeCl 2] Ester-group-containing polysiloxane (C); (C) Saponification of the ester group followed by β-elimination and crosslinking reaction of the (B) chain segment under the catalysis of an acid or a base to first obtain a porous Carboxyl-group polysiloxane resin. The experimental results show that these resins are stable to heat as well as acids and organic solvents. Their adsorption capacities for Ca 2+, Cu 2+, Fe 3+ and Hg 2+ ions have been determined. Their adsorption capacity generally increases with the increase of carboxyl content in the resin.
