一、原理 热释电红外线传感器(PIR)是一种新型红外传感器件,它由高热电系数材料,配以滤光镜片和阻抗匹配用的场效应管组成。它能以非接触方式检测出来自人体或其它物体发射出的微弱红外线,并将其转化为电信号输出。目前已广泛应用于防盗报警、自动门、节能灯等方面,具有性能稳定、灵敏度高、功耗低、价格低廉、技术先进等特点。 热释电红外线传感器通常有金属封装及塑料封装两种,内装有变换阻抗用的场效应管,顶端或侧面装有滤光镜片,用以接收不同波长的光信号。图1、图2为
First, the principle Pyroelectric infrared sensor (PIR) is a new type of infrared sensor device, which consists of high thermal coefficient of material, together with the filter lens and the impedance matching FET. It can detect non-contact from the human body or other objects emitted by the weak infrared, and convert it into electrical signals output. Has been widely used in burglar alarm, automatic doors, energy-saving lamps, etc., with stable performance, high sensitivity, low power consumption, low prices, advanced technology and so on.
