针对油菜不同种法,应采取不同的冬管措施。一、移栽油菜田⑴早施苗肥。施过底肥的田块,苗肥施速效化肥,每亩用尿素5公斤左右;未施底肥的田块每亩施氮磷钾三元复合肥30～40公斤、尿素3～5公斤、硼砂1～1.5公斤。施肥后结合中耕松土,将肥料混入土中,以提高肥料利用率。
