我院1989～1992年收治甲型病毒性肝炎33例,其中60岁以上者5例。现报告如下。一、一般资料:60岁以上甲肝患者男4例,女1例,年龄60～63岁,均系我院住院患者。按1990年(上海)全国病毒性肝炎专题学术会议修订的标准诊断。二、临床表现:起病较急,有乏力、纳差、深黄疸。3例表现为典型的阻塞性黄疸,皮肤呈喑黄色,瘙痒明显,陶土色大便。2例合并心律失常,2例有蛋白尿。5例ALT均>200U,3例SB<200μmol,血清学检测5例均为抗-HAV-IgM阳性,HBVM阴性。
Our hospital from 1989 to 1992 admitted to 33 cases of viral hepatitis A, of which more than 60 years in 5 cases. The report is as follows. First, the general information: Hepatitis A patients over the age of 60 4 male and female 1 cases, aged 60 to 63 years old, were hospitalized in our hospital. According to the 1990 (Shanghai) National Symposium on the topic of viral hepatitis diagnostic criteria. Second, the clinical manifestations: more acute onset, fatigue, anorexia, jaundice. 3 cases showed typical obstructive jaundice, the skin was yellow, itching is obvious, clay color stool. 2 cases with arrhythmia, 2 cases with proteinuria. 5 ALT were> 200U, 3 cases SB <200μmol, serological test 5 cases were anti-HAV-IgM positive, HBVM negative.
