目的:为4种治疗妇科疾病常用中草药(当归、艾叶、川芎、益母草)的进一步研究提供参考数据。方法:采用HNO3和HClO4(4+1)消解样品,用火焰原子光谱吸收法测定4种治疗妇科疾病常用中草药(当归、艾叶、川芎、益母草)中Fe、Zn、Mn微量元素的含量。结果:4种治疗妇科疾病中草药中都富含微量元素铁,锌和锰含量较少,其顺序为Fe>Zn>Mn。结论:方法回收率在96.0%~106.4%之间,RSD在0.59%~1.8%之间,准确可靠,为4种中草药的进一步研究提供参考数据。
Objective: To provide reference data for further research on four kinds of Chinese herbal medicine (Angelica, Aiye, Chuanxiong, Motherwort) commonly used in the treatment of gynecological diseases. Methods: The contents of trace elements Fe, Zn and Mn in four kinds of herbal medicines (Angelica, Aiye, Chuanxiong, Motherwort) commonly used in the treatment of gynecological diseases were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with samples of HNO3 and HClO4 (4 + 1). Results: Four kinds of Chinese herbal medicines for the treatment of gynecological diseases are rich in trace elements iron, zinc and manganese content less, the order of Fe> Zn> Mn. Conclusion: The recovery rates of the methods are between 96.0% and 106.4% with RSDs between 0.59% and 1.8%, which are accurate and reliable and provide reference data for further research on four Chinese herbal medicines.
