对球形棕囊藻不同的藻株 (香港株HK和汕头株ST)在实验室条件下分别进行了形态学 ,生活史及生长曲线的研究 ,结果表明 :球形棕囊藻具有一个复杂的异型生活史 ,具有两种不同的生活形态 :群体和游离的单细胞 ,香港株和汕头株二者单细胞呈球形或近球形 ,直径大多为 3— 9μm ;群体呈中空的球形囊泡 ,细胞包埋在胶质囊中较均匀分布 ,但二者群体大小有较大差异。当培养达到一定阶段 ,群体衰亡破裂释放大量单细胞。批次培养中球形棕囊藻的生长周期约为 2 0— 30d ,香港株最适生长温度接近 2 5℃ ,最大比生长率为 0 38;汕头株的最适生长温度接近 30℃ ,最大比生长率为 0 42 ,这说明温度是重要的生长限制因子之一。
Morphology, life history and growth curve of different strains of Phascolopus globosum (Hong Kong strain HK and Shantou strain ST) under laboratory conditions were studied respectively. The results showed that Phasmatus globosum had a complex shaped life History, with two different life forms: groups and free single-cell, Hong Kong strain and Shantou strain both single-cell spherical or nearly spherical, mostly 3-9μm in diameter; group was hollow spherical vesicles, cell embedding In the glial capsule is more evenly distributed, but the size of the two groups are quite different. The growth period of Phaeocystis globosides in batch culture was about 20-30 days. The optimum growth temperature of Hong Kong strain was close to 25 ℃ and the maximum specific growth rate was 38%. The optimum growth temperature of Shantou strain was nearly 30 ℃, and the maximum ratio The growth rate is 0 42, indicating that temperature is one of the important growth limiting factors.
