随着国民经济的发展,许多行业都应用着一些大型机械,此类机械往往庞大而又精密,因此在运行监测、故障诊断和预测及视情维修等方面就提出了更高的技术要求。本文立足于铁谱技术,应用计算机显微视觉及人工智能方法,对发动机润滑系统润滑油中的磨损颗粒进行磨粒形态学显微分析,从而为磨粒的综合识别提供依据,识别了磨粒类别及来源,就可以判断发动机的运行状态,并对其未来运行状态提供可靠预测。
