医院是我国的服务性机构,为人民服务是它的宗旨,它是体现我国精神文明的窗口,它关乎着我国亿万人们的身体健康,医院的重要性不言而喻。目前,医院正处于改革的机制中,管理方式也从科学管理逐渐转变为人本管理,这一管理机制的转变,从本质上分析就是医院文化的转变。医院文化和人本管理两者之间有着密切的联系,对医院的发展有着积极的作用。因此,本文对医院文化和人本管理的理论与实践进行了深入地分析,并阐述了自己的见解,以供参考。
The hospital is a service organization in our country. Serving the people is its purpose. It is a window that reflects the spiritual civilization of our country. It is about the health of hundreds of millions of our people. The importance of a hospital is self-evident. At present, the hospital is in the mechanism of reform, and the management mode has gradually changed from scientific management to human-based management. The change of this management mechanism is essentially the change of hospital culture. There is a close relationship between hospital culture and humanistic management, which has a positive effect on the development of the hospital. Therefore, this article has carried on the thorough analysis to the theory and practice of the hospital culture and the humanism management, and elaborated own opinion, for reference.
