目的:采集江门市新会区0~3岁儿童骨密度数据,建立0~3岁儿童骨密度参考数据库,为当地儿童保健的骨营养保健提供可靠数据。方法:筛选18 387例到儿保科体检的0~3岁儿童,使用Sunlight Omnisense 7000超声骨强度仪对儿童胫骨中段进行骨密度测试,采集骨密度数据。按照月龄将儿童分为16组,以四分位数形式建立当地的骨密度参考数据库,并将数据与目前已有的上海市区及亚州地区同月龄儿童SOS值参考数据库相比较。结果:0~3岁儿童骨密度值与亚洲参考数据库对比差异无统计学意义,在3、4月龄时轻微下降;1岁内低于上海市区同月龄儿童骨密度,1岁之后呈上扬式发展。结论:此次研究为正确判断当地儿童的骨发育状况提供了可靠依据,可作为当地0~3岁儿童骨密度检测的重要参考数据库,对科学指导家长在儿童生长发育期给予儿童合理营养、平衡膳食及适当运动具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To collect bone mineral density (BMD) data of children aged 0 ~ 3 years in Xinhui District of Jiangmen City and establish a reference database of bone mineral density (BMD) in children aged 0 ~ 3 years to provide reliable data on bone nutrition and health care for local children. Methods: Totally 18 387 children aged 0 ~ 3 years who were undergoing physical examination were screened. The bone mineral density was measured in the middle of children ’s tibia using Sunlight Omnisense 7000 ultrasonic bone strength instrument. Children were divided into 16 groups on a monthly basis to establish a local bone mineral density reference database in quartiles. The data were compared with the existing SOS reference databases of the same month-old children in Shanghai and the Asian region. Results: There was no significant difference in BMD between 0 ~ 3 years old children and the reference database in Asia, but slightly decreased at 3 and 4 months old, lower than that of children of the same age in Shanghai city at 1 year old, and then increased after 1 year old Development. Conclusion: This study provides a reliable basis for correctly judging the bone development status of local children and can be used as an important reference database for the detection of bone mineral density in local children aged 0 ~ 3 years.
