以往国内外采用种种锁相方法,而直接控制体效应振荡器偏压的锁相法则被认为是不切实际的方法。本文作者在实验上成功地克服了文献[1]所提出的困难,运用直接控制体效应振荡器偏压的方法实现了8mm(35GHz)锁相标准频率源和8mm固定中频锁相跟踪系统,本文分析了这种新的锁相方法所具有的独特优越性并给出了实验结果。
In the past, a variety of phase-locking methods were adopted both at home and abroad, and the phase-locking method of directly controlling the body-effect oscillator bias is considered impractical. The authors successfully overcome the difficulties posed by the literature [1] experimentally, and realized the 8mm (35GHz) phase-locked standard frequency source and the 8mm fixed-frequency phase-locked tracking system by directly controlling the body-effect oscillator bias. The unique advantages of this new phase-lock method are analyzed and the experimental results are given.
