目的利用电喷雾电离技术对荭草苷、牡荆苷及葛根素结构和质谱裂解规律进行研究。方法用电喷雾串联质谱(ESI-MS)对该类化合物进行研究,并分别在正离子和负离子扫描模式下对其主要特征碎片离子进行解析。结果正离子扫描模式下,主要通过糖苷键断裂而发生裂解;负离子扫描模式下,主要产生脱去m/z120、149的碎片峰。结论确立了碳苷类化合物的主要裂解规律,为该类化合物的快速检测提供一种有效的质谱学方法。
OBJECTIVE To study the structure and mass spectrometric cleavage of triterpenes, vitexin and puerarin by electrospray ionization technique. Methods The compounds were studied by electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) and their major characteristic fragment ions were analyzed in positive and negative ion scanning mode respectively. Results In positive ion scanning mode, cleavage was mainly caused by cleavage of glycosidic bond. In the negative ion scanning mode, fragments of m / z120 and 149 were mainly produced. Conclusion The main cleavage rules of C-glycosides are established, which provides an effective mass spectrometry method for the rapid detection of these compounds.
