通过分析初中学生英语教学的现状,针对学生之间的差异这个问题进行研究,尝试找出解决英语成绩两极分化日趋严重的方法。强调学生的主体,教师的主导,教师可以通过教学方式的多样性激发学生的学习兴趣,平等地对待每一名学生,让每一名学生都参与到课堂教学中来,并促进师生双边活动。
By analyzing the status quo of junior high school students’ English teaching and studying the differences between students, this paper tries to find out how to solve the worsening polarization of English achievement. Emphasize the main body of the student, the leading of the teacher, the teacher can stimulate student’s study interest through the diversity of teaching methods, treat each student equally, let each student participate in classroom teaching, and promote bilateral activity of teacher and student .
