在热力管道设计水利调节失控方面主要包括了两种现象,即静态失调与动态失调,而导致热力管道水利设计水利失调的原因多种多样,如设计方案不合理、水利平衡计算错误、标准规范不统一等均会导致水利失调。为加强对此类问题的处理效果,在今后的小区热力管道设计过程中应当切实依据相关标准要求来开展对热力管道的设计工作,加强对水利平衡的计算准确性,以及安装静态与动态水利平衡设备,以期能够实现对小区热力管道水利调节的有效控制。
