为了解准分子激光光学屈光性角膜切削术（PRK）术后眼部免疫功能的变化，测定了36人（72眼）PRK手术前及术后第1、3、6、15天时的泪液免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG和IgM的含量。结果发现：术后最初3天，3种免疫球蛋白含量普遍降低，以IgA最为明显（P＜0．05）。至术后6天时IgG，IgM的含量接近术前水平，而IgA则高出术前水平。至半月时，IgA含量仍高于术前（P＜0．01）。术前和术后男女间相比Ig含量均无显著差异。（P＞0．05）。
In order to understand the changes of ocular immune function after excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy (PRK), the tear immunity of 36 eyes (72 eyes) before PRK surgery and on the 1st, Globulin IgA, IgG and IgM content. The results showed that: the first 3 days after surgery, the three immunoglobulins generally decreased, the most obvious IgA (P <0.05). The levels of IgG and IgM were close to the preoperative level at 6 days after operation, while the levels of IgA were higher than preoperative levels. At half a month, IgA level was still higher than preoperative (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in Ig levels between men and women before and after surgery. (P> 0.05).
