英语学习成功与否除了受智力因素和本人已有知识能力制约外,非智力因素起着很大的作用。智力因素的发展有赖于非智力因素的推动与调节。非智力因素包括动机、情感、意志、兴趣、性格和学习习惯等几个方面。在英语教学中要取得成效,必须发挥非智力因素的积极作用,激发和培养学习者的学习动机、注重情感,提高学生学习英语的信心。同时还要注意创设轻松的学习环境,帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯及自学能力。
In addition to the success of English learning by intellectual factors and I have knowledge and ability constraints, the non-intelligence factors play a significant role. The development of intelligence depends on the promotion and adjustment of non-intelligence factors. Non-intellectual factors include motivation, emotion, will, interest, personality and learning habits and other aspects. In English teaching to be effective, we must play a positive role of non-intelligence factors to stimulate and develop learners ’motivation to learn, pay attention to emotion and improve students’ confidence in learning English. At the same time also pay attention to creating a relaxed learning environment to help students develop good learning habits and self-learning ability.
