本文提出了一种简单的铂热电阻温度变送器电路。给出了实现输出电压与被测温度间最佳线性化的理论分析和实用的设计公式。同时还给出了很简单的实现铂热电阻引线电阻的最佳补偿方法。计算表明,利用本文的设计公式求取电路的元件数值,在0~500℃温度范围内,输出电压的线性度达0.O2%,在0—35O℃范围内,线性度达 0.O1%。初步的实验表明,本设计方法是正确的。
This paper presents a simple platinum RTD temperature transmitter circuit. The theoretical analysis and practical design formulas for the best linearization between output voltage and measured temperature are given. At the same time, it gives a very simple method to realize the best compensation of platinum RTD lead resistance. The calculation shows that the linearity of the output voltage reaches 0. 2% within the temperature range of 0 ~ 500 ℃ and the linearity reaches 0. 01% in the range of 0-35O ℃ by using the design formula of this article. . Preliminary experiments show that the design method is correct.
