学困生现象是当今小学中一个十分普遍的现象,并且随着年龄的增长,难之程度愈发严重,学困生队伍也越来越壮大。尤其在小学数学教育方面,是一个长期性而且比较广泛的难题,于是越来越多的教育工作者开始着手这方面的课题研究。学困生形成的原因来自各个方面,例如生源复杂,学生都来自不同的层面家庭;家庭不够重视对孩子的基础教育;孩子自身的懒惰贪玩等。但从教育者的层面来说,我们能做的是从自身出发,探究学困生的转化策略,把孩子引向一个光明美好的未来。
The phenomenon of learning poor students is a very common phenomenon in today’s primary schools, and with age, the degree of difficulty is more serious, more and more students grow poor students. Especially in elementary mathematics education, it is a long-term and broader problem. Therefore, more and more educators begin to carry out research in this field. The reasons for the formation of students with learning difficulties come from all aspects, such as students with complex sources, students from different levels of family; families do not pay enough attention to children’s basic education; children’s laziness and so on. However, from an educator’s perspective, what we can do is to proceed from ourselves and explore the transformation strategies of students with learning difficulties so as to lead their children to a bright and beautiful future.
