本文主要探讨实训基地的运行模式。通过搭建校内校外实训基地平台,实施“工学交替”的人才培养方式,在提高学生岗位技能的同时,全面提升学生的职业综合素质。依托实训基地,充分发挥实训基地学生实训功能、技能鉴定功能、应用研发功能、社会培训功能、产品生产功能、基地辐射功能六大功能。本文提供了我校在探索实训基地建设的一些成功的做法和经验。 This article mainly discusses the operation mode of training base. By building a platform for training bases in and out of school, the implementation of the “training alternation” method of personnel training will improve student job skills and comprehensively enhance students’ comprehensive professional qualifications. Relying on the training base, give full play to training base students training capabilities, skills identification function, application of research and development capabilities, social training, product manufacturing capabilities, the base of the six major functions of radiation. This article provides some successful practices and experiences of our school in exploring practical training bases.
