一、前言盛放腐蚀介质的不锈钢容器常因焊接接头腐蚀而失效。某合成纤维研究所一高压釜由6毫米厚的1Cr18Ni9Ti钢板焊成,因接触到盐酸而导致焊缝严重腐蚀,设备报废,损失达几十万元。鉴于不锈钢焊接接头在盐酸中的腐蚀情况文献中很少论及,本工作通过失重测定和金相观察进行了一些必要的探索。
I. Introduction Stainless steel containers containing corrosive media often fail due to corrosion of welded joints. An autoclave synthetic fiber Institute of 6 mm thick 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel welding, due to contact with hydrochloric acid caused severe corrosion of the weld, the equipment scrapped, the loss of several hundred thousand dollars. In view of the stainless steel welded joints in hydrochloric acid corrosion rarely discussed in the literature, this work through the determination of weight loss and metallographic observations made some necessary exploration.
