目的探讨中国帕金森病患者中OGCP基因的突变特点。方法应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)结合变性高效液相色谱检测(Denaturing High Performance Liquid Chromatography,DHPLC)方法,对125例帕金森病患者以及200名正常对照者进行OGCP基因突变分析。结果帕金森病患者及正常对照者均未发现OGCP基因的突变及多态。结论中国帕金森病患者中OGCP基因的突变及多态可能罕见。 Objective To investigate the mutation of OGCP gene in Chinese patients with Parkinson’s disease. Methods Mutations of OGCP gene in 125 patients with Parkinson disease and 200 normal controls were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and Denaturing High Performance Liquid Chromatography (DHPLC). Results No mutations and polymorphisms of OGCP gene were found in patients with Parkinson’s disease and normal controls. Conclusion The mutations and polymorphisms of OGCP gene in patients with Parkinson’s disease in China may be rare.
