The MnlsNEXAFS spectra of Fe-Mn-Al-Cr alloy were measured by synchrotron radiation X-ray. Theoretical analysis of multiple scattering clusters (MSC) showed that Mn and Fe in the alloy matrix were present in the form of body-centered cubic and face- , The coupling between them ensures that the alloy is a stable austenitic steel.
