目的通过对新兵心理健康水平的聚类分析,可以针对新兵不同类别的心理特点有针对性地进行心理健康教育。方法随机抽取某部队2000名新兵为调查对象,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)测评新兵的心理健康水平,回收有效问卷1994份。对其结果与全国常模进行比较分析及聚类分析。结果新兵症状量表的全部因子分均显著低于全国青年的常模。对1994名新兵进行聚类分析,分成3类。通过方差分析,3个类别具有非常显著的差异。结论针对第一类群体,应该立刻进行干预;第二类群体虽然无阳性症状,但需要关注;第三类则是心理健康的群体。
Objective Through the cluster analysis of mental health level of recruits, mental health education can be targeted according to different psychological characteristics of recruits. Methods A total of 2,000 recruits from a certain unit were randomly selected as the survey subjects. The self-rating Symptom Scale (SCL-90) was used to assess the mental health of recruits, and 1994 valid questionnaires were collected. The result is compared with the national norm and clustering analysis. Results All factors of the recruits symptom scale were significantly lower than those of the national youth. 1994 recruits cluster analysis, divided into three categories. By ANOVA, the three categories have very significant differences. Conclusion For the first group, it should be immediately intervened; the second group, although no positive symptoms, but need attention; the third group is mental health groups.
