住房制度的改革，为我国住宅产业的发展提供了历史性的机遇。但目前我国住宅产业供需矛盾仍很严重，市场走势偏低，使房地产的销售不景气，造成大量商品房闲置、建设资金积压。因此，加大空置商品房的销售力度，尽早实现住宅产业市场的运转，从而促进住宅市场的良性循环。
The reform of the housing system provides a historic opportunity for the development of China’s housing industry. However, at present, the contradiction between supply and demand of housing industry in our country is still very serious. The market trend is low, which makes the sales of real estate downturn, resulting in a large number of commercial housing idle and construction capital backlog. Therefore, increase sales of vacant commercial housing, as soon as possible to achieve the operation of the housing industry market, thereby promoting a virtuous circle of the residential market.
