目的研究龟甲粉对昆明种小鼠免疫功能的作用。方法利用40只昆明种小鼠进行龟甲粉抗体生成细胞测定、对昆明种小鼠HC_(50)的影响、碳廓清能力以及鸡红细胞吞噬率及吞噬指数的影响实验。实验设4组,灌胃的龟甲超微细粉分别为生理盐水组与不同剂量组,连续灌胃30 d后测定各项指标。结果 0.3g/(kg·bw)及0.45 g/(kg·bw)组龟甲超粉可以显著促进小鼠B细胞分泌抗体的能力(P<0.05),0.45 g/(kg·bw)组龟甲粉能显著增加小鼠半数溶血值(HC_(50))(P<0.01),0.15 g/(kg·bw)及0.45 g/(kg·bw)组龟甲粉可以显著提高小鼠单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清能力及小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞鸡红细胞吞噬率及吞噬指数(P<0.01)。结论龟甲粉可以增强小鼠体液免疫功能和单核-巨噬细胞功能的作用。
Objective To study the effect of turtle shell on immune function of Kunming mice. Methods Forty Kunming mice were used to test the production of antibody against tortoiseshell shell dendritic cells, the effect on Kunming mouse HC_ (50), the ability of carbon clearance and the phagocytic rate and phagocytosis index of chicken erythrocytes. Experimental set 4 groups, gavage tortoises shell ultrafine powder were saline group and different dose groups, continuous gavage 30 d after the determination of the indicators. Results 0.3g / (kg · bw) and 0.45 g / (kg · bw) group of tortoiseshell hyperosteogeny can significantly promote the ability of mouse B cells to secrete antibodies (P <0.05), 0.45 g / (kg · bw) (HC_ (50)) (P <0.01), and the tortoiseshell powder of 0.15 g / (kg · bw) and 0.45 g / (kg · bw) Cell carbon clearance capacity and mouse peritoneal macrophage chickens erythrocyte phagocytic rate and phagocytic index (P <0.01). Conclusion Tortoiseshell - tui powder can enhance humoral immune function and function of monocyte - macrophage in mice.
