肿瘤的生长、浸润和转移依赖于肿瘤血管生成,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是最重要的一种血管生成因子。VEGF特异性作用于血管内皮细胞生长因子受体(VEGFR),通过促进内皮细胞增殖,增加血管通透性,以诱导肿瘤血管生成,在肿瘤的发生发展中起关键作用。因而VEGF及其受体VEGFR已越来越成为人们研究的热点。本文对VEGF和VEGFR家族成员及其生物学特性以及它们与骨肿瘤的关系作一综述。
Tumor growth, invasion, and metastasis depend on tumor angiogenesis, and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is the most important angiogenic factor. VEGF specifically acts on vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR), which promotes endothelial cell proliferation and increases vascular permeability to induce tumor angiogenesis, which plays a key role in the development of tumors. Therefore, VEGF and its receptor VEGFR have become more and more people’s research hotspot. This article reviews VEGF and VEGFR family members and their biological characteristics and their relationship with bone tumors.
