采用响应曲面法优化罐组式动态逆流提取印楝种子中印楝素的工艺条件,考察了提取温度、甲醇用量、提取时间对印楝素提取量的影响。结果表明:罐组式动态逆流提取印楝素优化工艺条件为四罐式、提取温度32℃、甲醇用量2.5mL/g、提取时间34min/罐,此条件下印楝素提取量为3.86mg/g,该工艺简单有利于工业化生产。
The response surface methodology was used to optimize the tank-group dynamic countercurrent extraction of azadirachtin from the neem seed. The effects of extraction temperature, methanol dosage and extraction time on the extraction of azadirachtin were investigated. The results showed that the optimization of process conditions of tank group dynamic countercurrent extraction of azadirachtin was four-pot, the extraction temperature was 32 ℃, the amount of methanol was 2.5mL / g, the extraction time was 34min / pot, the extraction yield of azadirachtin was 3.86mg / g, the process is simple and conducive to industrial production.
