目的 探讨海绵体动脉横切面积和血流量改变在勃起功能障碍 (ED)中的作用。方法 随机抽取勃起功能正常和ED老年人各 2 0例 ,先以脉冲超声波多普勒探测海绵体动脉横切面图形和平均流速时间积分 ;再用微机图像扫描仪自动测量图形面积 ,最后计算出海绵体动脉每分钟血流量。结果 勃起功能正常与ED的相同年龄两组间海绵体动脉横切面积无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,血流量有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 根据血流动力学原理提示血管横切面积轻微缩小足以使血流量明显降低 ,这在老年ED的流行病学中起着重要作用。
Objective To explore the role of cavernous artery cross-sectional area and blood flow changes in erectile dysfunction (ED). Methods The erectile function was normal in 20 elderly patients with ED. First, the cross-sectional area of carotid artery and the average velocity time integral were detected by pulsed ultrasound Doppler. The area of the figure was automatically measured by computerized image scanner. Finally, the sponge Body arteries blood flow per minute. Results There was no significant difference in the cross-sectional area of cavernous artery between the two groups at the same age with normal erectile function and ED (P> 0.05). The blood flow had a very significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusions A slight reduction of the cross-sectional area of the blood vessels according to the hemodynamic principle is sufficient for a significant decrease in blood flow, which plays an important role in the epidemiology of ED in the elderly.
