秘书工作是企业管理工作的重要组成部分。秘书人员的知识结构状况如何,直接影响企业管理的效能。社会进步对管理者提出了不断扩大和更新知识的要求,作为参与企业管理工作的秘书人员,应该具备怎样的知识结构?本文结合本人的工作实践,谈点肤浅看法。 首先,要有扎实的文化基础知识。秘书工作的综合性,决定了秘书人员应该是“通才”、“杂家”。因此,对秘书的知识要求,不一定要深,但要广。他们的知识面越宽越好。秘书人员最好是懂得多种专业知识的多功能的复合型人才。不能认为秘书人员只要会写就行,实际上,如果不掌握多种知识,也是写不出真正的好文章的。前不久,我根据一个变电站的安全生产典型事例写的一篇通讯报道中,既有该站安全生产总体情况的概括说明,又有典型经验的具体介绍;
