目的:探讨感音神经性聋耳蜗的功能状态以及耳声发射在诊断感音神经性聋上的应用价值。方法:通过对20例(40耳)健康人及70例(93耳)感音神经性聋患者畸变产物耳声发射(distortionproductotoacousticemision,DPOAE)的I/O曲线的测试和分析。结果:感音神经性聋不同个体测试结果差别较大,与正常耳指标均值相比存在一定数量不规律个体。结论:感音神经性聋患者耳蜗的功能状态不同,对主动机制的影响也不同,因此耳声发射在临床应用上仍有一定的局限性,各检测方法及指标仍有待于进一步规范和完善。
Objective: To investigate the functional status of sensorineural hearing loss (CNS) and the value of otoacoustic emissions in the diagnosis of sensorineural hearing loss. Methods: The I / O curve of distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) was tested and analyzed in 20 patients (40 ears) and 70 patients (93 ears) with sensorineural hearing loss. Results: The results of sensory nerve deafness differed greatly among different individuals, and there were a certain number of irregular individuals compared with the mean value of normal ear indexes. CONCLUSIONS: Sensory nerve deaf patients have different cochlear functional status and different effects on the active mechanism. Therefore, there are still some limitations in the clinical application of otoacoustic emissions. The testing methods and indicators still need to be further standardized and perfected.
