将部分纯化的WSBV暴露于不同理化条件下 ,通过人工感染的方法测定WSBV的感染力。结果表明 ,病毒在纯水中1h能保持感染活性,但在3mol/LNaCl的高盐溶液中1h失去感染力 ;WSBV在30℃中4h感染活性丧失 ,在70~90℃中10min均失去感染力 ;当环境 pH值为5以下或12.6以上时 ,WSBV在1h后丧失感染活性 ;NP 40,TritonX 100,ClO2 或甲醛等均能灭活WSBV
The partially purified WSBV was exposed to different physical and chemical conditions and the infectivity of WSBV was determined by artificial infection. The results showed that the virus could infect in pure water for 1h, but lost in 1h in 3mol / LNaCl high salt solution. The infection activity of WSBV was lost at 30 ℃ for 4h and lost in 10 ~ 90 ℃ for 10h WSBV lost its activity after 1 hour when the pH was 5 or above 12.6; WSBV could be inactivated by NP 40, TritonX 100, ClO2 or formaldehyde
