目的研究五加科五加属植物刺五加Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim)Harms的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据光谱数据鉴定结构。结果从刺五加中分离得到7个已知化合物,分别鉴定为Guaiacylglycerol-coniferyl ether(1)、eleutheroside E2(2)、caruilignan D(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、丁香酸(6)、4-(1,2,3-三羟基丙基)-2,6-二甲氧基苯-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)。结论化合物(1)、(3)为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr.et Maxim) Harms. The method uses various chromatographic techniques to separate and identify structures based on spectral data. Results Seven known compounds were isolated from Acanthopanax senticosus, and identified as Guaiacylglycerol-coniferyl ether (1), eleutheroside E2 (2), caruilignan D (3), β-sitosterol (4), daucosterol , Syringic acid (6), 4- (1,2,3-trihydroxypropyl) -2,6-dimethoxybenzene-1-O-β-D-glucoside (7). Conclusion Compounds (1) and (3) were isolated from this genus for the first time.
