自20世纪60年代起,现代科学开始对热证的本质进行研究,但有关热证的病理机制和寒凉药物的作用机制等尚未深入系统研究。该研究以具有代表性的热性中药喂饲动物造成热证模型,后用寒凉药进行实验性治疗,拟采用双向电泳及质谱分析技术对热证模型大鼠及寒凉药治疗后的大鼠肝线粒体蛋白组进行比较,从中发现热证及寒凉药治疗后的特异性相关蛋白质。
Since the 1960s, modern science has begun to study the nature of heat syndrome, but the pathogenesis of heat syndrome and the mechanism of action of cold medicine have not been systematically studied. In this study, a representative hot traditional Chinese medicine feeding animal caused by heat syndrome model, after experimental treatment with cold medicine, intends to use two-dimensional electrophoresis and mass spectrometry analysis of heat syndrome model rats and cold medicine after treatment of large Rat liver mitochondrial protein group were compared, found that heat syndrome and cold and cold medicine after treatment of specific protein.
