作者在国内外相关研究的基础上,通过工作投入量表调查分析,研究了中学教师个人特质与其工作投入的关系。结果表明:所研究的教师个人特质影响教师工作投入,教师个人特质与其工作投入各因子相关显著;回归分析(re-gression analysis)进一步表明,中学教师个人特质与教师工作投入的活力、奉献及专注因子回归显著;性别和教龄能较好地预测教师工作投入程度。
On the basis of related research at home and abroad, the author investigated the relationship between the personal characteristics of middle school teachers and their work commitments through investigation and analysis of work input scales. The results showed that the personal characteristics of the teachers affected the teacher’s work commitment, and the personal characteristics of the teachers were significantly related to their respective factors of work input; the re-gression analysis further demonstrated the vitality, dedication, and focus of the personal qualities of the secondary school teachers and the work of the teachers. The factor regression is significant; gender and teaching age can better predict the degree of teachers’ work engagement.
