X线摄影评价手术鼻窦状态涉及术后窦腔发生纤维化改变,故在行X线检查术后鼻窦时必须考虑到无炎症复发和并发症的正常愈合过程的X线片影象特征。为此对上颌窦和额窦术后无炎症复发和术后炎症复发的X线片上影象改变特征,结合临床检查作比较分析。患者分两组。第一组39例,1～10年前行上颌窦(单侧24,双侧3)和额窦(1例,额窦+上颌窦2例)手术,除6例因上颌窦囊肿手术外,其余均为慢性化脓性或脓性-息肉型炎症手术。术后30例主觉症状消失,鼻腔和鼻窦检查无病变,此组作为对照;第二组21例(21窦)为复发性化脓性上颌窦炎,其中15窦为脓性息肉型;
