某型发动机风扇带凸肩的转子叶片发生断裂故障。断口分析表明其为疲劳裂纹特征,其疲劳源在叶盆侧凸肩工作面下侧靠近叶片前缘位置。根据微观分析结论,建立了风扇叶片三维实体模型,利用有限元方法分析了叶片的振动模态。结果表明:叶片在工作时,由于结构的激振可能发生某些阶次的共振,其应力分布与断口分析结果较一致,初步判断叶片是由于共振而发生了疲劳断裂。
A type of engine fan rupture rotor blade with shoulder failure. Fracture analysis shows that it is a characteristic of fatigue crack, and its fatigue source is located on the lower side of the working face of the pot shoulder close to the leading edge of the blade. According to the conclusion of the microscopic analysis, a three-dimensional solid model of the fan blade is established, and the vibration mode of the blade is analyzed by the finite element method. The results show that when the blade is working, certain orders of resonance may occur due to the excitation of the structure. The stress distribution is in good agreement with the fracture analysis results. It is preliminarily determined that the blade is subjected to fatigue fracture due to resonance.
