目的 :探讨上皮钙依赖粘附素 (E CD)及CD44等细胞粘附分子在卵巢癌腹腔播散中的作用。方法 :应用流式细胞术对 41例卵巢癌组织及其大网膜组织的E CD、CD44进行了检测 ,对照检测了 33例卵巢良性肿瘤组织。结果 :卵巢癌及大网膜转移灶E CD表达量明显低于卵巢良性肿瘤及活检正常的卵巢癌患者大网膜组织 ,E CD表达量在Ⅲ Ⅳ期及低分化癌明显降低 ,CD44在上述组织表达量明显升高 ;在活检正常的卵巢癌患者大网膜组织中 ,大于Ia期的大网膜组织 ,CD44在大于Ia期大网膜组织的表达量增加。结论 :大于Ia期活检正常的卵巢癌患者大网膜存在隐性转移灶。卵巢癌组织及大网膜转移灶组织E CD表达下调及CD44表达增强与卵巢癌腹腔播散密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the role of E-cadherin (E CD) and cell adhesion molecules such as CD44 in peritoneal dissemination of ovarian cancer. Methods: The expression of E CD and CD44 in 41 cases of ovarian cancer and its omentum were detected by flow cytometry, and 33 cases of benign ovarian tumors were detected. Results: The expression of E CD in ovarian cancer and omental metastasis was significantly lower than that in benign ovarian tumor and biopsy normal ovarian cancer patients, the expression of E CD was significantly lower in stage Ⅲ Ⅳ and poorly differentiated carcinoma, In ovarian cancer patients with normal biopsy omentum, greater than Ia omentum, CD44 in greater than Ia omentum tissue expression increased. Conclusion: There is a recessive metastasis in the omentum of ovarian cancer patients with normal biopsy stage Ia. Ovarian cancer and omentum metastasis tissue ECD expression downregulation and CD44 expression is closely related to ovarian cancer abdominal cavity dissemination.
