目的:探讨左氧氟沙星注射液的不良反应发生情况。方法:选择2014年9月-2015年9月期间我院收治的左氧氟沙星注射液不良反应患者30例为研究对象,对其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组的30例患者中,12例为消化系统反应,占40.0%,8例为皮肤及附件反应,占26.67%,4例为心血管系统反应,占13.33%,4例为神经系统反应,占13.33%,1例为血液系统反应,占3.33%,1例为泌尿系统反应,占3.33%;不良反应严重程度:16例为轻度,占53.33%,10例为中度,占33.33%,4例为重度,占13.33%;经单因素分析,结果显示,有合并用药、有过敏史、疗程>5d、日剂量为400mg以及年龄≥60岁患者更容易发生不良反应;同时经多因素分析,结果显示,左氧氟沙星注射液诱发不良反应与合并用药、过敏史、日剂量以及患者年龄等有关。结论:左氧氟沙星注射液不良反应主要为消化系统,总体程度不严重,在临床用药中,应该根据患者的实际情况,制定针对性用药方案,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective: To investigate the adverse reactions of levofloxacin injection. Methods: Seventy patients with adverse reactions of levofloxacin admitted from September 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects, and the clinical treatment data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Of the 30 patients in this study, 12 were digestive system reactions (40.0%), 8 were skin and accessory reactions (26.67%), 4 were cardiovascular system reactions (13.33%), and 4 were nervous system Response, accounting for 13.33%, 1 case of hematological reaction, accounting for 3.33%, 1 case of urinary system reaction, accounting for 3.33%; adverse reaction severity: 16 cases were mild, accounting for 53.33%, 10 cases were moderate, accounting for 33.33%, 4 cases were severe, accounting for 13.33% .According to univariate analysis, the results showed that patients with combination therapy, allergy history, treatment> 5d, daily dose of 400mg and age≥60 years were more likely to have adverse reactions; Multivariate analysis showed that the adverse reaction induced by levofloxacin injection was related to the combination medication, history of allergy, daily dose and patient’s age. Conclusion: The adverse reactions of levofloxacin injection are mainly digestive system, the overall degree is not serious. In the clinical medication, we should formulate the targeted medication regimen and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions according to the patients’ actual conditions.
