根据国际铁路行业标准(IRIS)的要求,结合公司轨道交通产品弹性橡胶元件和空气弹簧特点及面临的国际化市场趋势、产品质量现状,探讨了产品全生命周期质量控制的重要性,识别了产品全生命周期内的重要过程分别为设计开发、项目管理、RAMS/LCC、配置管理,并进一步提出了各过程的关键质量控制要求及应用方法,以确保产品全生命周期质量控制的有效性。
According to the requirement of International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS), combined with the characteristics of flexible rubber components and air springs of the Company’s rail transit products and the international market trends and product quality status quo they face, the importance of product quality control throughout the life cycle is explored. The key processes in the whole life cycle are design and development, project management, RAMS / LCC and configuration management respectively. The key quality control requirements and application methods of each process are further proposed to ensure the quality control of the product life cycle.
