建立了气相色谱-质谱法测定香水中甲基丁香酚的分析方法。该方法在0.01~1.00 mg/L范围内线性关系良好。香水样品平均加标回收率为100.1%~102.9%,相对标准偏差为0.08%~1.7%,方法检出限为0.50 mg/kg。
A GC-MS method for the determination of methyl eugenol in perfume was established. The method has good linearity in the range of 0.01-1.00 mg / L. The average recoveries of perfume samples ranged from 100.1% to 102.9% with relative standard deviations of 0.08% -1.7%. The detection limit was 0.50 mg / kg.
