文章结合龙筋自动线的设计,对如何考虑多品种加工自动线的设计方案进行了分析讨论。设计时首先选择基本零件制定工艺流程,再经六步整理,进而获得多品种加工自动线的最终工艺流程。这是一种由易到难,由点到面,抓主要矛盾的方法。用这种方法来处理新、老产品,主导产品与其它产品之间的矛盾比较适宜,而依据分类编码,拟定复合件,由此产生典型工艺流程的办法则适用于多品种并行生产的情况。
In this paper, the design of automatic multi-varieties processing lines is analyzed and discussed in combination with the design of automatic tendon lines. Design first select the basic parts of the development process, and then through six finishing, and then get the multi-species processing of the final line of automatic process. This is a way from easy to difficult, from point to point, grasp the main contradiction. In this way to deal with new and old products, leading products and other products between the more appropriate contradictions, and based on the classification code, the development of complex parts, resulting in a typical process is applicable to the case of multi-species parallel production.
