利用负压加载的方式,研究了均布载荷下夹层玻璃在不同温度下的弯曲性能,并分别测试了夹层玻璃的挠度和板中心最大主应力。夹层玻璃配置为两片1 000 mm×1 000 mm×5 mm的普通浮法玻璃,中间层为0.38 mm的PVB胶片。结果表明,在4 kPa载荷下,随着环境温度从18℃升高到35℃,夹层玻璃板中心挠度从4.15 mm增加到5.16 mm,最大主应力从8.94 MPa增加到10.50 MPa;同时给出了夹层玻璃板中心挠度和最大主应力随温度变化的拟合曲线。
By means of negative pressure loading, the bending behavior of laminated glass under uniform load was studied. The deflection of laminated glass and the maximum principal stress at the center of the sheet were measured. Laminated glass is configured as two 1 000 mm × 1 000 mm × 5 mm plain float glass with a 0.38 mm PVB film in the middle. The results show that under the load of 4 kPa, the center deflection of laminated glass increases from 4.15 mm to 5.16 mm and the maximum principal stress increases from 8.94 MPa to 10.50 MPa with the ambient temperature increasing from 18 ℃ to 35 ℃.
