基层广播电视在现阶段的发展中,进入了一个经济转型升级时期。从客观角度来说,这个时期对媒体行业的发展具有较大的影响。相对的,基层广播电视同样面临很大的挑战,比方说受众群体的变化使得基层广播电视的服务范围在逐渐的减小。在网络迅速发展的今天,基层广播电视能否在激烈的市场金竞争中占据一席之地,还是一个未知数。我们需要在这个特殊的时期进行广泛的探索和深入实践,实现全面蜕变。
Grass-roots radio and television at the present stage of development, has entered a period of economic restructuring and upgrading.
