当今,文化产业的发展无疑是整个文化领域的热点问题之一。特别是党的十七大报告中对文化产业的发展进行了论述:“大力发展文化产业,实施重大文化产业项目带动战略,加快文化产业基地和区域性特色文化产业群建设,培育文化产业骨干企业和战略投资者,繁荣文化市场,增强国际竞争力。运用高新技术创新文化生产方式,培育新的文化业态,加快构建传输快捷、覆盖广泛的文化传播体系。”十七大以后,各省市也纷纷出台发展文化产业的具体政策、文件。本文想要探讨的是在发展文化产业的过程中,文化商人的重要性以及培养文化商人的必要性,以此来探究解决文化产品流通过程中的一些实际问题。
