利用金相、扫描电镜及金属原位统计分析等技术研究了某桥梁钢板超声波探伤缺陷区域,发现在钢板厚度中心区域存在严重的带状组织,C元素在带状组织中分布极不均匀,存在明显偏析。同时,在该区域还存在大量的非金属夹杂物。结果表明:钢板厚度中心区域C元素严重偏析及大量非金属夹杂物的耦合作用是引起钢板超声波探伤不合格的主要原因。
The microstructure, the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the metal in situ statistical analysis were used to study the defect area of ultrasonic flaw detection in a bridge steel plate. It was found that there was a serious band structure in the center of the steel plate thickness. The distribution of C element in the band structure was very uneven. Significant segregation. At the same time, there are still a large number of non-metallic inclusions in the area. The results show that the main cause of unacceptable ultrasonic flaw detection is the serious segregation of element C and the coupling of a large amount of non-metallic inclusions in the central region of the plate thickness.
