吞咽困难是头颈癌患者同期放化疗后常见的并发症,约20%~30%的患者需要通过鼻饲解决。该文旨在评估预防性吞咽训练对晚期头颈癌同期放化疗患者吞咽功能的作用。对纳入样本的51例晚期口咽癌患者随机分组,21例接受Shaker训练,30例接受传统的Mendelsohn练习(对照组)。治疗前后,对视频透视检查结果和吞咽运动方式进行分析,获得舌骨、喉的运动评分。结果,舌骨、喉的平均运动时间更短,Shaker组食管开放时间更长、更稳定,误吸指数明显降低。鼻饲流食比例Shaker组和对照组分别为
Dysphagia is a common complication of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with head and neck cancer. Approximately 20% to 30% of patients require nasal feeding. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the effect of prophylactic swallowing training on the swallowing function of patients with advanced head and neck cancer during concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Fifty-one patients with advanced oropharyngeal cancer who were included in the sample were randomized to receive Shaker training and 21 to receive conventional Mendelsohn exercises (control group).
