本文依据六氟化钨和氟化氢的特殊性质,建立了利用傅立叶红外光谱法分析六氟化钨中的氟化氢的分析方法。氟化氢有八个特征吸收峰,为了尽量避免水蒸气的干扰,本文选取4038.2cm-1处的吸收峰作为氟化氢的特征吸收峰,并通过对不同浓度的氟化氢标准气体的分析建立了氟化氢浓度与其特征吸收峰的吸光度相对应的标准曲线。最后通过分析六氟化钨中氟化氢特征吸收峰的吸光度大小,在标准曲线上查得氟化氢的浓度,即可以得到六氟化钨样品中氟化氢的含量,从而建立了六氟化钨中氟化氢的分析方法。
Based on the special properties of tungsten hexafluoride and hydrogen fluoride, this paper established a method for the analysis of hydrogen fluoride in tungsten hexafluoride by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Hydrogen fluoride has eight characteristic absorption peaks. In order to avoid the interference of water vapor, the absorption peak at 4038.2 cm-1 is selected as the characteristic absorption peak of hydrogen fluoride. The concentration of hydrogen fluoride and its characteristic are established by analyzing different concentrations of hydrogen fluoride standard gas. Absorbance peak absorbance corresponding to the standard curve. Finally, by analyzing the absorbance of the characteristic absorption peak of hydrogen fluoride in tungsten hexafluoride, the content of hydrogen fluoride in the sample of tungsten hexafluoride can be obtained by checking the concentration of hydrogen fluoride on the standard curve to establish the analysis of hydrogen fluoride in the tungsten hexafluoride method.
