西德AEG公司与Doxford公司前几年合作研制了一种用微处理机自动操纵船用低速柴油机的装置。文中详细介绍了该装置的结构和各种操纵方式。柴油机的遥控系统采用微处理机后,显得方便灵活,计算精确,同时还可以用相当简单的方法来实现装置的自检功能。自六十年代初以来,AEG公司已经在船上装置了驾驶室自动遥控装置以控制柴油机,汽轮机、燃气轮机等主机及其与调距桨的配合等等;而且在一直不断地提高它的性能,以便其满足船用条件,即可靠、抗干扰以及维护简便等等。在总结了近二十年来船舶自动化方面的经验,并应用了电子技术最新知识的基础上,AEG公司与Doxford发动机公司一起研制了一套用微处理机自动操纵低速柴油机(型号58JC3)的装置。
