本文对相成份为铵钨青铜、W_(20)O_(58)的蓝钨和黄钨在不同的温度下进行了氢还原试验。实验结果指出,通过蓝钨氢还原可获得比表面较大、粒度较小的钨粉,而采用相成份为铵钨青铜的蓝钨其效果较其他氧化物好。采用高温X射线衍射法对这几种钨氧化物逐步升温至800℃氢还原动态相变过程和各种温度下的还原动力学进行了研究。发现各种蓝钨相变过程相似,而与黄钨相变过程有明显的差异;低温还原时,各种蓝钨的还原活性均比黄钨,高温还原时,蓝钨与黄钨的还原活性相近。
In this paper, the hydrogen reduction of blue tungsten and yellow tungsten with W 20 G O 58 was carried out at different temperatures. The experimental results indicate that the tungsten powder with larger surface area and smaller particle size can be obtained by the reduction of blue tungsten hydrogen, while the blue tungsten with the phase composition of ammonium tungsten bronze is more effective than other oxides. The high temperature X-ray diffraction method was used to study the kinetics of hydrogen reduction and the reduction kinetics at various temperatures of these tungsten oxides gradually increased to 800 ℃. It is found that the phase transitions of all kinds of blue-tungsten are similar, but there are obvious differences with the phase of yellow-tungsten. At the low temperature reduction, the reduction activity of various blue tungsten is lower than that of yellow tungsten and the reduction activity of blue tungsten and yellow tungsten similar.
